VNSEEA REFUND POLICY
Effective Date:January 1, 2026
Welcome to the commerce and services system ofVNSEEA. To ensure the rights, transparency, and provide the most secure experience for users, business partners, and advertisers, VNSEEA Platforms, Inc. applies a Refund Policy for transactions made on or through our Products.
Please read the following regulations carefully to understand the cases eligible for refunds, the processing procedures, and the accompanying legal limitations.
1. Scope of Application
This policy governs all payments made within our ecosystem, including but not limited to:
- Costs from VNSEEA's self-service ad interface (VNSEEA Ads).
- Purchases of digital items and virtual character costumes (VNSEEA Avatar Store).
- Paid services, subscription to advanced feature packages on VNSEEA Pages or Groups.
- Transactions through the payment gatewayVNSEEA Pay.
Note: For physical goods bought and sold between individuals/businesses onVNSEEA Marketplace, refunds will be negotiated between the two parties based on VNSEEA's Commercial Policy and local consumer protection laws.
2. Cases eligible for refunds
VNSEEA will review and process refunds in the following specific cases:
2.1. Technical error from the VNSEEA system
- Your account was debited multiple times for the same transaction (duplicate invoice).
- You have paid successfully but did not receive the digital product, advertising feature, or corresponding service due to a system error, and VNSEEA cannot technically resolve it within the specified time.
2.2. Illegal or unauthorized transactions
- If your account or payment information is compromised and unintended transactions occur, we will proceed with verification. If there is sufficient evidence that the transaction occurred due to illegal abuse by a third party and there was no negligence on your part, the funds will be refunded.
2.3. For advertising campaigns (VNSEEA Ads)
- The advertisement was severely misdistributed compared to the initial targeting settings due to an automatic system error by VNSEEA.
- The advertising account was disabled due to a mistake by our scanning system when you had an unused prepaid balance.
3. Cases where refunds are NOT applicable
VNSEEA reserves the right to refuse refund requests in the following cases:
- Violation of terms:Your account or advertising campaign has been suspended or disabled due to a clear, serious, or repeated violation of VNSEEA's Terms of Service, Community Standards, or Advertising Policies.
- Change of mind:You changed your mind after purchase and the system successfully delivered the digital item, Avatar costume, or after the advertising campaign was successfully distributed.
- User setup error:The advertising campaign did not achieve the expected results due to your incorrect setup of audience, budget, content, or due to market fluctuations.
- Used items:Digital services or subscription packages have been activated and used for part or all of their validity period.
4. Refund request process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Submit request:Access theVNSEEA Payment Support Centeror theTransaction Historyin your account settings. Select the transaction to dispute and press "Request Refund".
- Step 2: Provide information:You need to provide the transaction ID, payment invoice, screenshot of the error (if any), and detailed reason.
- Step 3: Acceptance deadline:Refund requests must be submitted within30 daysfrom the date of the transaction shown on the invoice. Any requests after this deadline will not be processed.
5. Processing Time and Refund Method
5.1. Review Time
The VNSEEA dedicated team will review and verify the automatic system data and provide you with an official response within7 to 14 business days.
5.2. Refund Method
- If the request is approved, the amount will be refunded directly to theoriginal payment methodthat you used to make the transaction (Credit card, linked e-wallet, or VNSEEA Pay balance).
- The time for funds to reach your bank account will depend on the processing procedures of the partner bank or card issuer (usually 3 to 5 business days, some special cases may take up to 30 days).
6. Limitation of Liability
VNSEEA always strives to process claims as fairly as possible. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VNSEEA disclaims liability for any indirect, consequential damages, or loss of profits arising from delayed refund processing by your intermediary financial institutions or banks.
