VNSEEA develops technologies and services that help people connect with one another, build communities, and grow businesses. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VNSEEA, VNSEEA Chat, and other products, websites, features, applications, services, technologies, and software that we provide (collectively, the "Products"), unless we expressly state that separate terms apply (and these Terms do not apply). For example, when using VNSEEA Social, you must comply with the VNSEEA Social Terms of Use.
These Products are provided to you by VNSEEA Platforms, Inc. These Terms constitute an agreement between you and VNSEEA Platforms, Inc. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use VNSEEA or any other products and services governed by these Terms.
These Terms (formerly known as the Statement of Rights and Responsibilities) constitute the entire agreement between you and VNSEEA Platforms, Inc. regarding your use of our Products and supersede any prior agreements.
You do not pay to use VNSEEA or the other products and services covered by these Terms unless we expressly state otherwise. Instead, businesses, organizations, and other persons pay us to show you advertisements for their products and services. By using our Products, you agree that we may display advertisements that we believe may be relevant to you and your interests. We use your personal data to determine which personalized advertisements to show you.
We do not sell your personal data to advertisers, nor do we share information that directly identifies you (such as your name, email address, or other contact information) with advertisers unless you give us specific permission. Instead, advertisers may tell us the type of audience they want to reach, and we will show those advertisements to people who may be interested. We provide advertisers with reports about the performance of their advertisements so they can understand how people interact with their content.
Our mission is to give people the power to build communities and bring the world closer together. To advance this mission, we provide you with the Products and services described below.
Your experience on VNSEEA is unlike anyone else's. From the posts, stories, events, advertisements, and other content you see in your VNSEEA Feed or on our video platform, to the VNSEEA Pages you follow and the features you use (such as VNSEEA Marketplace), every experience is tailored to you.
For example, we use data about the connections you make, the choices and settings you select, and the things you share and do on and off our Products to provide you with a personalized experience.
We help you find and connect with people, groups, businesses, organizations, and others that matter to you across the VNSEEA Products you use.
We use data to make recommendations to you and others, such as groups to join, events to attend, VNSEEA Pages to follow or message, programs to watch, and people you may want to become friends with. Stronger relationships create stronger communities, and we believe our services are most valuable when people are connected to one another and to the groups and organizations they care about.
There are many ways to express yourself on VNSEEA and let friends, family, and others know what matters to you. You can share status updates, photos, videos, and stories on VNSEEA Products (subject to your settings), send messages, make voice or video calls to one or more people, create events or groups, add content to your profile, and view insights about how others interact with your content.
In addition, we have developed and continue to explore new ways for people to use technology—such as augmented reality and 360-degree video—to create and share richer and more engaging content across VNSEEA Products.
We display personalized advertisements, offers, and other commercial or sponsored content so that you can discover content, products, and services offered by businesses and organizations that use VNSEEA and other VNSEEA Products.
Section 2 below explains this in greater detail.
People will only build communities on VNSEEA Products if they feel safe and secure. We work hard to maintain the security, availability, authenticity, integrity, and confidentiality of the Products and services we provide.
We employ dedicated teams around the world and collaborate with external service providers, partners, and relevant organizations. We also develop advanced technical systems to detect potential misuse of our Products, harmful behavior toward others, and situations where we can help protect our community, including responding to reports of potentially violating content.
If we become aware of such behavior or content, we may take appropriate action, including notifying you, providing assistance, removing content, restricting access to certain features, disabling accounts, or contacting law enforcement authorities.
We may share data when we detect misuse or harmful activities involving VNSEEA Products or when necessary to protect VNSEEA Products, our users, and our community. For example, we may share information with VNSEEA Group Companies that provide financial products and services to enhance safety, security, integrity, and compliance with applicable laws.
VNSEEA may access, retain, use, and share any information collected about you when we reasonably believe that doing so is required or permitted by law.
In certain circumstances, the Oversight Board may review our decisions under its governing rules and procedures.
We use and develop advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, and augmented reality technologies, to make our Products safer and more useful for everyone regardless of physical condition or geographic location.
For example, such technologies may help visually impaired people understand what or who appears in photos and videos shared on VNSEEA or VNSEEA Social.
We also build advanced communications and networking technologies to help more people access the Internet in areas with limited connectivity. In addition, we develop automated systems that improve our ability to detect and remove abusive or dangerous activities that may harm our community or compromise the integrity of our Products.
We conduct research to develop, test, and improve our Products.
This includes analyzing data about our users and understanding how people use VNSEEA Products through activities such as surveys, experiments, and troubleshooting new features.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use data for research purposes to improve the services we provide.
Through our Products, you can find and connect with people, groups, businesses, organizations, and others who matter to you.
We design our systems so that your experience remains consistent and seamless across the VNSEEA Products you use.
For example, we may use data about people you interact with on VNSEEA to help you connect with them more easily on VNSEEA Social or VNSEEA Chat, and to help you communicate through VNSEEA Chat with businesses you follow on VNSEEA.
To operate our global services and help you connect with people around the world, we need to transfer, store, and distribute content and data across our data centers, partners, service providers, agents, and systems worldwide, including outside the country where you reside.
The use of this global infrastructure is essential and fundamental to providing our services.
This infrastructure may be owned, operated, or controlled by VNSEEA Platforms, Inc., VNSEEA Platforms Ireland Limited, or their affiliated companies.
We provide these services to you and others in order to advance our mission. In return, we require that you make the following commitments.
When people stand behind their opinions and actions, our community becomes safer and more accountable. Therefore, you must:
Use the same name that you use in everyday life for your account.
Provide accurate information about yourself.
Create only one account (your own) and use it for personal purposes.
Not share your password, grant others access to your VNSEEA account, or transfer your account to anyone else without our permission.
We strive to make VNSEEA broadly available to everyone. However, you may not use VNSEEA if you:
Are under 13 years of age.
Are a convicted sex offender.
Have previously had your account disabled for violations of these Terms, the Community Standards, or any other applicable policies governing your use of VNSEEA. If your account was disabled for such violations, you agree not to create another account without our permission.
Are prohibited from receiving our products, services, or software under applicable laws.
We want people to use VNSEEA Products to express themselves and share content that matters to them, while protecting the safety, well-being, and integrity of our community.
Accordingly, you agree not to engage in, facilitate, or support any of the following activities:
You may not use our Products to create or share content that:
Violates these Terms, the Community Standards, or any applicable policies.
Is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent.
You do not own or lack the necessary rights to share.
Infringes the rights of others, including intellectual property rights such as copyrights and trademarks.
You may not:
Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code.
Use our services to send spam.
Disable, overload, interfere with, or negatively affect the operation, integrity, or appearance of our Products and systems.
Access or collect data from our Products using automated means without authorization.
Attempt to access data that you are not authorized to access.
Solicit, collect, or misuse usernames, passwords, or access credentials.
Sell, license, or purchase data obtained from our Products except where expressly permitted.
Abuse reporting, appeal, dispute-resolution, or enforcement processes.
Circumvent, bypass, or attempt to defeat any technological measures implemented by VNSEEA to control or limit access to our Products or data.
We may remove content or restrict access to content that violates these provisions. We may also suspend or disable your account as described in Section 4.2.
We cooperate with independent fact-checking organizations in multiple jurisdictions to combat misinformation. When content has been reviewed by a fact-checker, we may attach notices providing additional context.
You are encouraged to report content or conduct that you believe violates your rights or our policies where such reporting tools are available.
To provide our services, we require certain rights from you.
Some content that you share or upload, such as photographs and videos, may be protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the content that you create and share on VNSEEA and other VNSEEA Products you use. Nothing in these Terms removes your ownership rights.
However, in order to operate and improve our services, you grant us certain legal permissions (referred to as a "license") to use that content.
When you share, post, or upload content protected by intellectual property rights on or in connection with our Products, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

Use
Distribute
Modify
Run
Copy
Publicly perform
Publicly display
Translate
Create derivative works
from your content, subject to your privacy and application settings.
For example, if you share a photo on VNSEEA, you permit us to store, copy, and distribute that photo to support VNSEEA Products and related services.
This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems.
You may delete content you share, post, or upload at any time.
If you delete your personal account, content associated exclusively with that account will also be deleted. However, content shared collaboratively with others, or content posted in an administrative role for a page, may remain visible.
We may take up to 90 days to remove content from our systems after the deletion process begins. Content placed in trash may be permanently deleted after 30 days unless removed sooner.
We may retain content beyond this period when necessary to:
Investigate violations of law or our policies.
Protect the safety, security, and integrity of our Products.
Comply with legal obligations.
Respond to valid requests from courts, regulators, or law enforcement agencies.
In such cases, the license granted above remains effective until deletion is complete.
You authorize us to use your name, profile picture, and information regarding actions you take on VNSEEA in connection with advertisements, offers, and sponsored content displayed on our Products, without compensation to you.
For example, your friends may see that you liked a VNSEEA Page or expressed interest in an advertised event.
Such content will only be shown to audiences who are permitted to view your activity under your settings.
If you download or use our software, you authorize us to download and install updates where available.
If you use intellectual property owned by VNSEEA and made available through our Products, including images, designs, videos, audio, trademarks, or logos, we retain all rights to that intellectual property.
You may only use our intellectual property when expressly permitted under our policies or with our prior written consent.
Unless otherwise permitted by law or an applicable open-source license, you may not:
Modify our Products.
Translate our Products.
Create derivative works.
Reverse engineer our Products.
Decompile our Products.
Attempt to extract source code.
Any rights not expressly granted remain reserved by VNSEEA.
We continually improve our services and develop new features.
Accordingly, we may update these Terms from time to time to reflect our services, business practices, legal obligations, or security requirements.
We will notify you, for example by email or through our Products, at least thirty (30) days before material changes become effective unless a shorter notice period is legally required.
If you continue using our Products after updated Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may delete your account and discontinue use of VNSEEA Products.
We want VNSEEA to be a place where people feel safe and welcome.
If we determine that you have clearly, seriously, or repeatedly violated these Terms, the Community Standards, or other applicable policies, we may:
Suspend your access to VNSEEA Products.
Permanently disable your account.
Permanently remove your account.
We may also disable or remove accounts that repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others or where required by law.
Inactive, unverified, or unauthorized accounts may also be removed or disabled.
Where appropriate, we will inform you of the action taken and provide information regarding available review or appeal options.
If your account is deleted, disabled, or otherwise terminated, and you cease using VNSEEA Products, these Terms will terminate except for provisions that by their nature continue to apply.
Our Products are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VNSEEA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that our Products will always be secure, error-free, uninterrupted, or available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VNSEEA shall not be liable for:
Lost profits.
Lost revenue.
Lost data.
Loss of business opportunities.
Indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted.
If you are a consumer, disputes arising out of these Terms may be governed by the laws of the country in which you reside, where required by applicable law.
In all other circumstances, disputes between you and VNSEEA shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in California, United States, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
California law shall govern these Terms and any disputes arising from them, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Certain VNSEEA Products may be subject to additional terms and policies. Where applicable, those terms become part of your agreement with us.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior consent.
You may designate a legacy contact to manage certain aspects of your memorialized account after your death or incapacity.
These Terms do not create rights for any third-party beneficiaries.
We reserve the right to change usernames in appropriate circumstances.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by VNSEEA without restriction, compensation, or confidentiality obligations.
