You acknowledge that Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to theseThese terms and conditions do not apply to the Application or its content.
The company is responsible for providing, maintaining, and supporting the Application.applicable laws and regulations and these Terms and Conditions.
To the extent permitted by law, Apple Inc., Google LLC, and its affiliated companiesTheir party will be the third beneficiary of these Terms and will have the right to enforce them.Terms and conditions may be provided to users as needed.
